Our Singapore presence at a glance

We have had an official presence in Singapore since January 2007. As a strategic hub for our network of Atradius offices in South East Asia, we work closely with our regional head office in Hong Kong to provide a full range of support for customers operating both within and outside of Singapore’s borders. Singapore is an important centre for regional trade and we support many businesses who are located here and in the wider region, as well as many others who seek to trade with local and regional companies. Our strategic aim is to ensure steady growth in South East Asia through enabling trading opportunities for our customers.

Our focus is on providing traditional Credit Insurance solutions and Debt Collection services. We are able to offer a full range of credit risk services from our Singapore office. We operate with a team of about 50 professionals, and provide local services in Credit Insurance, Special Products for risks that cannot be covered by traditional Credit Insurance and Debt Collections support for local and international businesses. Our team of Underwriters is able to underwrite credit limits locally. Our Collections team works with a worldwide network of 350 debt collection specialists, lawyers and insolvency practitioners to secure the settlement of outstanding debts on your behalf. We also support Atradius Global in providing complete solutions for multinationals.

Singapore is part of our wider Asian network. We currently operate in ten markets in the region and have 15 offices in Asia with more than 220 employees. We deliver our services directly and through a network of local partnerships. For Singapore and the South East Asia region, these include our pan Asian partner Tokio Marine.

Building a strong local presence for local needs

We’re located in the heart of Singapore’s hustling and bustling business area.  We work closely with our colleagues around the world in cross-border teams and are proud to provide a global service with a local focus.
